The Pupil Premium at St Josephs 2016-17

Families on a low income may wish to register for Free School Meals. Pupils who have received Free School Meals in the past 6 years attract additional funds.  This funding is called “Pupil Premium” and provides a range of financial benefits.

If you wish to check your eligibility for free school meals please contact:

Student Finance Children’s Services

Borough of Havering,

The Liberty Centre

Romford

RM13 3RL.  Telephone: 01708 433929

If you live outside the Borough of Havering, please contact your own Local Authority. The Student Finance Department is extremely helpful, staff are usually able to determine pupil premium eligibility instantly and your benefits can start as soon as the next day. No one will know you have registered and it will not affect any other benefits you are claiming.

Infant pupils received free school meals.  If you are entitled to free school meals because of a low income, we still ask you to register your eligibility so that the school can receive Pupil Premium funding.
